We delivered 120 meals to South Shore Hospital today thanks to one of our major partners, Sanjeev Khatau. All 120 meals were purchased from Surf’s Up and The Foodie’s Spot which are both locally owned and operated restaurants in the South Shore Neighborhood. Sanjeev Khatau with Diya Group is a local entrepreneur and developer who operates 42 Dunkin’, Taco Bell and Burger King franchise locations primarily on the south side of Chicago that employ approximately 400 people. This meal delivery would not be possible without his generous donation through CRER Cares.
